Thanksgiving

This year we had a small crowd for Thanksgiving. Mimi came and visited for a week! The boys had a great time with her and enjoyed spending one on one time with her. She came early to be here for Jack's birthday. She helped Mommy so much with the boys and preparing the food for our Thanksgiving Feast!

Jack's favorite activity with Mimi is to read book after book. She was so patient with him...she would read as many books as he wanted. Josh's favorite activity with Mimi was building towers with the Lego blocks. Mimi would sit and teach him new ways to build with the blocks and reinforce colors. Jacob's favorite activity with Mimi was to be held and rocked. He loved the one on one attention. He would lay in her arms and listen to her sing and just talk to him.

Thanksgiving day, Scott's oldest brother Randy came with his family. Uncle Randy, Aunt Janice and cousin Blair came early in the morning and stayed until late afternoon. They took Mimi back with them. We had so much fun hearing about their fun trip to Alaska. Jack and Josh enjoyed Uncle Randy.

This Thanksgiving we reflected on the many blessings God has given us this year. The most special being our newest addition...Jacob. Mommy and Daddy can't imagine their lives without our three most precious angels. The sweetest sound is hearing the giggling and laughing of the boys playing together.
