Today Jacob is one month old. He is smiling when he looks up at us and our hearts just melt. It definitely was a shock when we found out we were pregnant, but we honestly can't imagine our family without him. He is truly a blessing!! We have our one month check up tomorrow with Dr. Elliott. Hopefully, the shots won't be too bad. We will update tomorrow.
